Research and Referrals
Every search assignment is unique and requires meticulous attention to detail. So, before we begin, you'll be asked to provide us with a list of competitors and potential sources of candidates. In addition, we'll actively research your target market to identify any publications, trade shows, conferences, technical groups or associations that might steer us in the direction of highly motivated industry talent.

Yes, we use the most up-to-date and innovative online resources. But our initial contact is nearly always by phone. We've found that a personal connection is the best way to evaluate a candidate's motivation, suitability and level of interest in making a change.
 

 

Terms and Conditions
Under our modified retained search program, Radin Associates will be given exclusive rights for the recruiting, screening and introduction of candidates for specific positions prior to their employment interviews.
  Base salary: Minimum of $100,000 annually.
  Search fee: Calculated at one-third (33.3%) of the hired candidate’s estimated first year total compensation.
  Payment terms: A deposit of one-half the estimated search fee is due upon acceptance of the assignment, with the balance due upon the candidate’s date of start (adjusted for accepted salary).
  Expenses: All approved expenses related to the assignment are billed separately. We will make every effort to minimize expenses.
  Guarantee: If the placed candidate terminates or is terminated from his or her position for any reason other than lack of work within sixty (60) days of his or her date of start, Radin Associates will find a suitable replacement within a reasonable period of time following the termination.
  Timeline: In most searches, it takes 2-3 weeks to identify the first round of qualified candidates and schedule them for interviews.
